Medical Malpractice and Fecal incontinence

Medical malpractice and Fecal incontinence: Medical malpractice lawsuits involving incontinence may arise where the patient suffered some injury that left them in a state of incontinence. For example, this may occur if some form of medical malpractice led to spinal injury or brain injury, that subsequently led to paralysis and difficulty with incontinence. Such comments apply to both bladder incontinence and fecal incontinence. However, numerous other possibilities exist for medical malpractice and incontinence, and such injuries are not the only possible cause of medical malpractice.
