Medical Malpractice and Mesothelioma
Medical malpractice and Mesothelioma: Mesothelioma lawsuits are not usually related to medical malpractice, unless the allegation is of a medical care failure such as failure to diagnose mesothelioma. More commonly, a mesothelioma lawsuit alleges product liability, personal injury, wrongful death or other liability against whomever is alleged to have caused the exposure to asbestos. Thus, it is not true "medical malpractice" because the allegation is rarely against a medical care provider, but more commonly a manufacturer or employer related to the asbestos exposure. Always seek qualified legal advice about malpractice or other law, as the area is very complex.
