Phobias:
There are two main types of phobias.
Social phobia is a general anxiety in social situations
and fears about various society-related issues.
A specific fear of an object or activity is
called a Specific phobia.
Phobias: Phobias aren’t just extreme fear; they are irrational fear. Adults with phobias realize their fears are irrational but often facing, or even thinking about facing, the feared object or situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety. 1
